Les voitures populaires de Ford à l'origine de la hausse des ventes de janvier

Les fortes ventes de voitures ont aidé Ford du Canada Limitée à bien commencer la nouvelle année, une augmentation des ventes de 5 % ayant été enregistrée par rapport à la même période l'année dernière. Les ventes totales de voitures ont augmenté de 8 % et les ventes de Série F sont restées fortes avec une augmentation de 22 %. Les ventes de VUM ont elles aussi augmenté de 22 %.

Ford Motor Company U.S. Sales Increase 7 Percent in January; Focus, Escape, Explorer Drive Growth

Ford Motor Company U.S. sales totaled 136,710 vehicles in January, a 7 percent increase versus year-old levels. The Ford brand totaled 131,589 vehicles in January, making it the best January sales month for the Ford brand since 2008.

FORD POSTS 2011 PRE-TAX OPERATING PROFIT OF $8.8 BILLION; ONE-TIME SPECIAL ITEMS CONTRIBUTE TO $20.2 BILLION NET INCOME+

Ford Motor Company [NYSE: F] today reported 2011 full year pre-tax operating profit of $8.8 billion, an increase of $463 million from a year ago, as strong performance in North America and Ford Credit offset challenges in other parts of the world. This marks the company’s third year in a row of improving annual operating profits.
